coinor-libcoinmp-dev software package provides Simple C API for COIN-OR Solvers Clp and Cbc -- development, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install coinor-libcoinmp-dev
coinor-libcoinmp-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the coinor-libcoinmp-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
